1. Data Controller

Login Bilgisayar Yazılımları A.Ş. ("Login", "we") is the data controller responsible for processing your personal data within the scope of this disclosure.

2. Personal Data Processed

Identity data (name, surname), contact data (email, phone, company), professional data (job title), and visitor data (IP, browser, session) may be processed.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Responding to your inquiries and meeting requests
• Customer relationship management
• Sending commercial electronic messages (with consent)
• Compliance with legal and contractual obligations
• Site security and analytics

4. Legal Basis

Personal data is processed based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 and Article 6 of Law No. 6698 (KVKK): explicit consent, performance of a contract, legal obligation, and legitimate interest.

5. Data Transfer

Data is shared with our authorized service providers (hosting, email, analytics) under non-disclosure agreements. Login does not host customer ERP data — that always remains on your infrastructure.

6. Storage Period

Personal data is retained as long as required by law or until the purpose of processing is fulfilled, then securely deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

7. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to:

• Learn whether your data is being processed
• Request information about the data processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in line with that purpose
• Know the third parties to whom data is transferred
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request deletion or destruction of data
• Object to results from processed data through automated systems
• Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing
